Well almost! To ensure that staff and jobseekers providing a service to visitors at our Giraffe outlets at South Street and South Inch it is vital that Health and Safety rules are strictlly observed.

To achieve this, jobseekers and staff are currently involved in producing a series of short films covering various aspects of health and safety from hygiene when preparing food, keeping premises clean to a high standard and observing a high and efficient service to all visitors and customers.to our premises.

Jobseekers themselves have been cast in various roles and scenarios showing the right and wrong way of going about various duties and it is hoped that through participation in the making these films will ensure that everyone working at our outlests is aware of the importance of observing rules and regulations.

These films will eventually be put on to DVD to be shown to future jobseekers who may be employed in the food retail business.
